The real Coco, she was beautiful. I'm glad they made this film, a lot of people don't realize that she was responsible for so much in womens freedom and rights as well as making black chic rather than the colour of mourning and making it respectable to wear trousers.

This is my favorite scene in the film, with CoCo in my best little all in one! its lovely. These resent ads were clearly influenced by the film.

My new project

Its summer, although you wouldn't know it. Rain and thunder encouraged me to sit in and play around on Indesign. These are my results. Mood board type things for the big new project, inspired by Aleister Crowley.

I’m still cutting my teeth with this blog, its new and I keep forgetting its existence, the last few weeks have been mad! The end of a almost impossible project, I ended up making a 31 page magazine, not sure how I feel about it. I’m in love with the shoot my wonderful photographer boyfriend shot for me, the front cover you can see above (I will put the rest on here at some point) Dave Imms ….thats the boyfriend. He is having his (group) Final Exhibition later this week.
I’m really stuck for outfit ideas though.

Nude shoes

Its a bit like ending your outfit without a full stop...some outfits just don't need finishing. I'm in love with my nudes shoes, waxes trousers, tassel bag (both topshop) and mums blazer.

After searching high and low for the perfect boy blazer, Top shop didn't even have the answer, my mums wardrobe however was hiding this beauty, the perfect shade of charcoal grey. I fell in love! I put this image on Lookbook, it got rave reviews, Thanks mum.

Dressing up box dress

This was a very very last minute shoot, days before hand in, I grabbed Jess, borrowed a camera and walked into Rochester with some of my clothes. The gold dress was stolen from a dressing up box at a private girls school, my boyfriend at the time smuggled it into his guitar case for me, its been one of my most loved garments ever since. The shoot turned out well and i got a first for this project.
